(a) IP passers with the score of over 70points
(b) FE and AP passers with the score of over 140points in total
(c) Partial Exam passers are excluded from this Award and Certificate.
(d) ITPEC Awards are issued when the ITPEC Exam is conducted in more than three countries (a half of the ITPEC members).
